Flavor Profile: Mildly lemony, sweet, and bright with bold herbal notes — fuller-bodied than fine cut.

Preparation: Steep 1–2 teaspoons in 8 oz of hot water (180–212°F) for 3–5 minutes. Strain and sweeten if desired. For iced tea, brew double strength and pour over ice.
