Farm Fresh Authentic Okra Stew with Rice brings the savory flavors of West African cooking to your table. We grow the okra on our own farms, primarily on Long Island and sometimes on our farm in Sierra Leone. Each meal is made fresh to order in our Long Island, New York commercial kitchen.

Slow-cooked okra, aromatic spices, and your choice of protein are served with your choice of rice for a satisfying meal.

What you receive:

Each container holds 1 lb of food, including the okra stew and rice. Serves 1–2 people, depending on appetite.

• Rice: Jollof rice, hibiscus leaf rice, or moringa leaf rice.

Storage and reheating

Enjoy on the day of delivery when possible. Refrigerate immediately if not eating right away and consume within 72 hours.

Microwave: Transfer to a microwave-safe dish and heat until steaming hot throughout.

Stovetop: Transfer to suitable cookware and heat until steaming hot throughout.

Pickup and local delivery

Available for pickup or qualifying local delivery within our New York City and Long Island service area. Local-delivery minimums vary by zone. For Bronx ZIP codes beginning with 104, delivery is free on qualifying orders of $90 or more. We’ll confirm your delivery window by email or text after you place your order.
