Enjoy rich, aromatic West African stew gravy made with tomatoes, peppers, and onions, seasoned with black pepper and all-purpose seasoning, and complemented by herbs including basil, parsley, and thyme leaves. Each meal is prepared fresh to order in our Long Island, New York commercial kitchen and served with your choice of protein and rice.

Our signature recipe

Rooted in West African cooking traditions, our sauces have been carefully refined by our research and kitchen team to create Vincent Farms’ own distinctive versions.

Portion and servings

Each container holds 1 lb of food, including the stew gravy and rice. Serves 1–2 people, depending on appetite.

Made fresh to order with naturally grown ingredients and no added preservatives, artificial flavors, or artificial colors. Prepared and packaged on Long Island, New York, by Vincent Farms Natural Foods.

Storage and reheating

For best quality, enjoy on the day of delivery. Refrigerate promptly if not eating immediately and consume within 72 hours.

Microwave: Transfer to a microwave-safe dish and heat until steaming hot throughout.

Stovetop: Transfer to suitable cookware and heat until steaming hot throughout.

Pickup and local delivery

Available for pickup with no minimum purchase, or qualifying local delivery within our New York City and Long Island service area. Delivery minimums are $60 for Suffolk, $70 for Nassau, $80 for Queens and Brooklyn, $90 for the Bronx, and $100 for Manhattan. These minimums apply to delivery only.

Delivery is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We’ll confirm your delivery window by email or text after your order is placed. This freshly prepared meal is not shipped by parcel carrier.
