Discover the flavors of Sierra Leone, West Africa, where rice, richly seasoned stews, leafy greens, and plantains bring people together around the table. Two of Vincent Farms’ owners and members of our team grew up in Sierra Leone, enjoying these foods alongside traditional herbal drinks and teas.

Our ready-to-eat meals celebrate that heritage with cassava leaf sauce, known as SAKI, okra stew, and savory stew gravy paired with rice. Jollof rice is a "SYMBOL" of class and holds a special place in most people's  memories in Western Africa as a favorite for birthdays, celebrations & State banquets.
