Returns & Cancellation Policy
Please be sure to inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 7 days of delivery of your order if there is a defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect item(s) sent so we can make things right. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. To return items that you no longer want or items that you ordered incorrectly, notify us via e-mail first. You may return any unopened and unused item shipped by us for a full credit or refund (minus shipping charges) for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. The item should be in new condition with original packaging. Returns are not accepted for opened items.
Please notify us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending back an item. Once you receive confirmation that the return has been approved, simply reseal the original shipping package or box (if possible) and send your order along with a note detailing the reason you are returning it to:

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with your return unless the error was made by us. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will send you a return label electronically (or by mail, at no charge, upon request) so you can send the product back to us.
Once your return is received, a credit or refund will be issued within 14 business days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that are perishable, about to expire, a sample size, on sale, clearanced, or discontinued.

Please let us know if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, as we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you need to cancel an order, please e-mail us at email@example.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, you will be issued a full refund for the entire order.
If your order has already been shipped, and you decide to cancel the order, you can refuse the package or return it for a refund of the purchase price of the unopened and reusable merchandise. You will, however, be required to pay for the shipping charges.
We unfortunately cannot honor cancellations for perishable or soon to expire food products, clearance or sale items, sample size items, discontinued items, or items that no longer appear on our website.
